Bio :
Sally has been working as a physiotherapist since 2015. Upon completion of her work experience on acute medical care at the hospital, she joined a private healthcare centre to pursue her vision in using manual approach as an integrative care, especially in musculoskeletal aspect.
Sally is dedicated and passionate in women’s health physiotherapy specializing in treatment of pelvic floor disorders including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and pregnancy related issues. As a mother of two, she experienced urinary incontinence after childbirth, weak pelvic floor muscles, and pain at the pelvic. She understands the feeling of heaviness at the bottom and lower abdomen when walking. She incorporates kegel exercises with Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) approach in her practice to help clients move better, prevent injuries, reduce pain and improve their quality of life.
